I had a major renovation to the first floor of my house. A friend referred them to me. The renovations included 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and extension. The work was outstanding. The team was committed and punctual. During the job part of my house was exposed with the exception of a tarp. We had a torrential downpour where a bubble had formed. I called them at and they were there in 10 minutes to alleviate the issue and build something for the situation. The workmanship was fantastic. They have been very honest in recommending other trades as well. The most amazing part is how they handled the tough building inspector in my area and complied with everything necessary.

I remembered seeing the Mainland Carpentry trucks near my old house around 2001 and watched them do some work in the area. I held on to the name until I had work done over the winter of 2006-2007. In adding the 2nd floor to my home they did the majority of the work. Their punctuality and professionalism were unparalleled. They finished in the estimated time, which in part was due to the weather and stayed within the budget. From my estimates, their was middle of the row. The work was well worth it. The subcontractors they hired for HVAC, plumbing, and electric were good too. Mike kept me well informed to what was going on and the schedule. I have recommended them to my neighbors across the way.

Mainland did the siding on my house, installed 6 windows, and tore down my 1 1/2 car garage to replace it with a 2 1/2 car garage. I was installing a new front door while they were there and they jumped in to help me finish a little faster. I think due to the fact it was closing in on the off season the crew used worked a little slower than expected, but the price and quality of work were superb. I would recommend them if the economy was in a shape where people wanted this type of work done.
